325 Station is equipped with a 4x4 International
Pumper, as pictured above.
The International 1900 series 4x4 composite
is a duel purpose appliance.
It can be used as a conventional pumper or
as an off road vehicle.
The appliance is powered by a cummins VT190
diesel engine which develops 142 kw at 2800
rpm.
The appliance is fitted with a 5 speed all
synchromesh manual gear box.
Two or four wheel drive may be engaged in
either low or high range.
The appliance has a Godiva UMPX multipressure
pump, capable of pumping out 57 litres per
second.
The pump is a PTO type powered by the cummins
VT190 diesel engine.
The appliance carries 2700 litres of water.
