Helensburgh 325 Station is now equipped with the new Rapid Intervention Kit that has replaced the ageing Enerpac Lite Rescue Kit.
Helensburgh is not a designated Primary Rescue Station.
325 Station may be responded to assist rescue units as casual volunteers, when requested by the NSW Police or other person in charge of that incident under the NSW State Emergency and Rescue Management ACT 1989-Section 59.
325 Station has attended many MVA rescue incidents and one major rescue incident the waterfall train derailment.
